Broxted Meet and Greet Service Information
Below you will find information relating to the Stansted Meet and Greet
Service. The Information will include details fo where our drivers will
meet you, what the minimum stay is, and details fo the arrival and departure
procedures. Also detailed is information about the security and insurance
offered for this service.
Where to Meet our Drivers: Our drivers will have
all the details of your car with them when they arrive at
the terminal to collect your car. Therefore they will be looking
for your car. Leave the M11 northbound at Jucntion 8A for
Stansted Airport, follow directions to the Passenger Terminal.
When you reach Coopers End Roundabout take the exit sign posted
for the 'Short Stay Car Park' take a ticket at the electronic
barrier.
IMPORTANT: Proceed along and turn left into car park D pick
up point, in the left hand corner of the car park is a green
and yellow post, this is HELP POINT 6 we will meet you here.
Please retain this ticket and give it to the driver at collection
to avoid further charges.
Security and Insurance: All the drivers at Stansted
are fully trained and fully insured to drive all vehicles,
whilst your vehicle is in the care of the driver and stored
in the car park it is insured for damage and theft. Your will
be stored in a fully secure compound including fencing and
gates, the car park is monitored 24 hours a day.
Departure and Arrival Procedures: On your way to the airport
it is important that you call to confirm your arrival time, the number
for this is on the pre-paid voucher. When you arrive in the short stay
car park detailed both above and on the pre-paid voucher, you must present
the voucher to the driver. When you return to stansted you must call again
to confirm that you have returned and wish to be picked up, the driver
will then bring your car to the passenger terminal ready for you.
