Greet Directions
Instructions for meet and greet parking are on your pre-paid
voucher in full and detailed below.
Heathrow Meet and Greet
Departure:
One of our friendly drivers will collect your car from the designated terminal
at the specified meeting time and drive it to our 24hr secure parking site,
which is situated within a 5 mile radius of Heathrow Central. Arrival:
Once you have landed, collected your luggage and cleared customs, call
us on the free phone number provided to you and we will have your car
returned to the departure lane within 10-15 minutes for T1, 2 & 3 and
within 20 minutes on the arrivals lane for T4.
Gatwick Meet and Greet
Departure:
At the terminal entrance your driver will be waiting to meet
you, assist you with your luggage and park your car for you.
Your driver will be at hand to assist you with any luggage.
The driver who meets you on your departure will identify himself
by matching the details you submitted when you booked. Please
hand your pre-paid voucher to the driver.
Arrival:
On your return to Gatwick you are asked to call us when you have collected
your luggage. A driver will be sent immediately your car will be returned
to the arrivals level. Manchester Meet and Greet
Departure:
The meeting point for Terminal 1 is the 'Drop off Zone' opposite
the BMI entrance in the Departure area. The meeting point
for Terminal 2 is the 'Drop off lane' -'Right Hand Lane' between
the 2nd and 3rd lift towers in the Departure area. The meeting
point for Terminal 3 is the in the Departure area, the driver
will be waiting at the entrance of the Departure area. Park
wherever possible and driver will look for you.
Hand your voucher to the driver wearing a distinctive
royal blue shirt, accompanied by a bright red tie and black
trousers.
Arrival:
Instuctions for your return will be given to you by the driver.
Luton Meet and Greet
Departure:
When approaching the airport please can you ring the number on your voucher and tell them your name and
booking reference number and vehicle details and that you are a "Meet and Greet" customer, then continue
to the airport drop off zone outside the terminal.
Please note that there is a maximum waiting time of just 10 minutes, once there turn left through
the barrier and pull up on the left. The Driver will meet you there.
Arrival:
Instructions for your return will be issued by your driver.
Birmingham Meet and Greet
Departure:
At the terminal entrance your driver will be waiting to meet
you, assist you with your luggage and park your car for you.
The driver who meets you on your departure will be identifiable
by wearing a distinctive uniform. Please hand your pre-paid
voucher to the driver. Your are asked to call the number
on your pre-paid voucher 10 minutes prior to your arrival.
Arrival:
On your return to Birmingham a driver will be awaiting with
your car.
Stansted Meet and Greet
Departure:
Our drivers will have all the details of your car with them
when they arrive at the terminal to collect your car. Therefore
they will be looking for your car. Leave the M11 northbound
at Jucntion 8A signposted for Stansted Airport, follow directions
to the Passenger Terminal, When you reach Coopers End Roundabout
(the last roundabout before the Terminal) take the exit sign
posted for the 'Short Stay Car Park' take a ticket at the
electronic barrier. IMPORTANT: Please retain this ticket and
give it to the driver at collection to avoid further charges.
Proceed along and turn left into car park D pick up point,
in the left hand corner of the car park is a green and yellow
post, this is HELP POINT 6 we will meet you here.
Arrival:
On your return to Stansted, call to confirm your return and
a driver will be awaiting with your car.
